You agree not to use the Wallet to transfer or solicit or take any action to permit deposits, withdrawals, or any transfers of any Digital Assets other than the supported assets as listed on our website and/or application. You agree and understand that the Wallet will not provide its features and functionality for any Digital Assets that are not listed as supported assets, and Porto shall not be liable for any unsupported assets that are deposited into your Wallet, including losses caused by your inability to transfer or withdraw such unsupported assets.

Holdings of cryptocurrencies and other crypto assets are speculative and involve a substantial degree of risk, including the risk of complete loss of monetary value. There can be no assurance that any cryptocurrency, token, coin, or other crypto asset will be viable, liquid, or solvent. Nothing in this application is intended to imply, and no one is or will be authorized to represent, that any asset supported by Porto is low risk or risk free.

Porto is not a custodian, not registered with the SEC or any other government authority as a broker or dealer and is not authorized to engage in the business of the offer, sale or trading of securities. Porto does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.

Digital assets held in your wallet are not guaranteed by Porto and are not subject to the insurance protections of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) or any similar insurance protections by any government agency.

Price information may be based on one market quote or a consolidated market quote from pricing sources, which may include CryptoCompare.com, and are presented in USD for your convenience. Daily balances are calculated by applying closing prices, as provided by such pricing sources at the close of each day. Any subsequent updates to historical daily closing prices will not be reflected in the daily balance calculation. Such pricing sources are outside of Anchorage’s direct control, and if prices are unavailable or unreliable due to low or inconsistent trading volumes for certain Digital Assets, Anchorage may use fixed pricing as determined in Anchorage’s reasonable sole discretion for such digital assets.

As part of using Porto, you may be provided access to the content, products, or services (“Third Party Services”) of one or more third parties (“Third Party Providers”). You agree that your acceptance of such Third Party Services shall be at your own election and discretion, that you may be subject to separate terms and fees as required by such Third Party Providers, and that it is your responsibility to understand such terms and pay such fees to the Third Party Providers. Porto does not control or guarantee Third Party Services in any way, and you agree to access and use such Third Party Services at your own risk. Porto shall not be liable for any loss that you may suffer, including any loss of Digital Assets associated with Porto, arising from your use of Third Party Services. Any recourse that you may have for any loss resulting from your use of Third Party Services shall be between you and the Third Party Provider only. You agree to use Third Party Services in compliance with all applicable laws, and to indemnify Porto for any claims that arise from your use of Third Party Services.

Porto does not own, control, or is responsible for any blockchain protocols, and you are solely responsible for any transactions that you engage in with blockchain protocols. Similarly, Porto is not related to or responsible for any third-party validators that you may use for staking, governance, or any on-chain activities. You are solely responsible for any loss you may experience as a result of using a third-party validator.

"Anchorage Digital" refers to services that are offered through the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Anchor Labs, Inc., a Delaware corporation.
